What distant land is this?

Fweris.jpg (111985 bytes)

In the distance, I see people gathering.  There are tall ones and small ones; there is the Caucasian, the African, the Asian, the European, the Middle Eastern, and other oddballs from around the globe.  I myself am an oddball.  I think for myself, I vote, I pay taxes, and I love this country.  Built on the sweat of young men long ago, we truly do not comprehend the price that was paid to establish the railroad tracks, to deliver mail by pony, to lay down one’s life for one’s country.  I can only hope that possibly Karma does play a part in the evolution of America.  Is it not possible under this belief system that one who lived the life prior, would wish to live in better circumstances his next time around?

Considering our creation and recreation of the United States has been an expanding experience.  We landed some 400 years ago in this timeline from countries like Spain, Britain, Scotland, Ireland, and quite a few from the European arena.  These first fruits or the original population of the United States. We have learned that all people can make great mistakes by interpreting religion wrongly.  Had our country truly practiced the teachings of Jesus; the Native American would have shown us a way to incorporate nature and technology.  I’m sure had we followed what we so readily admit to believe, we all would have an opportunity to go to heaven.  Therefore, it is important to remind others that things like this were committed in the Old Testament- not the New Testament.

How it’s nice to be able to go to church and try to learn the ways of peace.  However, how very honorable for every warrior who dies for this country.  Young men and now women, are dying throughout the year, so you as an American can watch TV, go to dances, and engage all democracy has to offer within the Republic.  I never let myself forget that blood is being spilt, so I may enjoy fireworks on the Fourth of July.  It makes me proud knowing I registered for the draft in case I was ever needed to defend this land.  I am 37, and I would still commit myself to the service if ever there came a threat to harm America’s unity.  I do not wish for young people to be dying for racism, hate groups, or anarchists.  These people are limited in understanding “True Americanism.”

Undefined inclusiveness, it fills our hearts with the Pledge of Allegiance.  It makes us stand tall and take great pride in the red white and blue.  It defines our character when we say; we will not stand for injustice.  It shows our courage and ability to face of the most despicable disturbing tragedies.  Can you not see?  I am an American!!! You cannot take away my hope in God.  You cannot commit too many infractions against the Constitution of United States.  Those who attack America are jealous because God believes in a new way of life~ For the world.  A life richly defined by guidance and submission to independence.  The liberty that is a blessed female, resides on our land.  May the Fourth of July remind you why you call yourself an American citizen…
